CTLA-4基因工程药物研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 CTLA- 4(cytotoxic T lymphocyte- associated antigen- 4,CD1 52 )是在毒性 T淋巴细胞 DNA文库中发现的第 4个特有基因表达产物 ,因其与 CD2 8是同源基因并且两者能竞争性结合 B7家族分子 ,故在免疫信号传导中发挥重要作用。研究其在自身免疫性疾病、抗移植排斥及肿瘤免疫中的作用机制 。
