摘要
目的 研究抗CD3 单抗和供鼠骨髓细胞输注对小鼠皮肤移植存活的影响。 方法 从供鼠C5 7BL/6中分离提取骨髓细胞液 ,移植术后注入受鼠BALB/C中 ,观察对异基因皮肤移植存活的影响。 结果 骨髓组移植皮肤平均存活时间 (MST)为 15 .6d ,抗CD3 单抗组为 10 .1d ,正常对照组为 7.7d。 结论 在免疫抑制下 。
Objective To study the effect of anti CD 3 antibody and donor bone marrow infusion on skin graft survival. Methods On immunosuppresion with anti CD 3 antibody,bone marrow cell suspension extracted from donor strain C57BL/6 rats was infused into recipient BALB/C rats after skin grafting and the allograft survival time was observed. Results The mean survival time of the allograft was 15.6 days in the bone marrow infusion group,10.1 days in the anti CD 3 antibody group and 7.7 days in the controls. Conclusions On immunosuppresion with anti CD 3 antibody donor specific bone marrow infusion would improve the skin graft survival in rats.
