摘要
观察刺五加注射液治疗肺心病高粘滞血症 2 1例 ,并与常规疗法 2 1例进行对比 ,结果治疗组高切、低切全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原、血沉较治疗前均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,而对照组无明显差异 (P>0 0 5) ,说明该药对改善血流态、流速及红细胞解聚等有一定作用。
Observation of 21 cases of Hyperviscosity Syndrome of Pulmonary Heart Disease treated with Acanthopanax Injection and comparison 21 cases with routine treatment were done.The results showed that there was significant,difference before and after treatment on high,low entry of specific viscosity,blood plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and blood sedimentation(P<0.01).But there was no difference in control group(P>0.05).It was proved that this drug had certain effects on improving blood flow,flow speed and depolymerization of red cell.
