为刺激澳大利亚经济的发展,改善低收入人群生活质量,澳大利亚政府实行了一系列的政策措施。介绍了澳大利亚社区住房的能源概况,包括社区房屋设计、房龄、房产权以及各种建筑材料对隔热、室内调温等各种影响情况,从而提高人们对社区住房能效的认识并注重能效。
In order to stimulate the development of the Australian economy and improve the quality of life of people with low incomes, the Australian government implemented a series of policies and measures. This paper focuses on the energy of the Australian community housing, including the community housing design, age, property and buihling materials how to affect the insulation and space condition. It will help raise awareness of community housing energy efficiency and improve energy efficiency.
