摘要
不孕不育是影响人类生殖健康的重要因素,在男性不育症中染色体异常占2%～8%,其中最为常见的染色体异常疾病是Klinefelter综合征.Klinefelter综合征患者血糖异常的风险明显增加,而且静脉曲张性溃疡的患病率亦增高.本文报道了我科收治的1例Klinefelter综合征合并糖尿病及下肢溃疡的患者,就其临床特点进行分析.
Infertility is a major factor impacting human reproductive health. Chromosome abnormality disorders ac- count for 2% - 8% of male infertility diseases, in which Klinefeher syndrome is the most common. Klinefelter syndrome patients have increasing risk of abnormal blood glucose and the prevalence of varicose ulcer also increases. This paper reports a case of Klinefeher syndrome combined with diabetes mellitus and ulcer of lower limbs and analyzes its clinical features.
