摘要 随着肾脏外科手术以及肾血管腔内介入治疗技术的进步,术前充分了解肾动静脉的位置、形态及变异显得尤为重要。多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)技术以其良好的敏感度和准确度成为肾动静脉影像解剖学评估的重要方法。通过对肾动静脉成像研究的相关文献进行总结后发现,肾血管的开口位置、形态特点、长度及直径范围在大多数病人均有一定的分布规律,但肾副动脉、过早分支、多支肾静脉、环主动脉型肾静脉等多种变异情况也不少见,这些解剖学数值能够为临床诊疗提供有价值的参考。 Familiarity with the normal anatomy of the renal vessels and common variants is of particular importance for the operator who performs renal transplantation or therapeutic interventions in the renal vessels. Because of the recent major advances in muhislice spiral computed tomography angiography(MSCTA) techniques, our ability has been considerably improved to determine the patterns and characters of renal arteries and veins. This article summarizes the research situation and progress in the area of renal vessel imaging anatomy. Some regularity in the distribution of renal vessel positions, dimensions and variations among patients who received MSCTA examinations, and these anatomical measurements are of great value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
