不同形状型腔内纤维取向的有限体积法求解

Numerical Simulation of Fiber Orientation in Different Shapes Injection Mould Cavity by Finite Volume Method

摘要 采用有限体积法对表征纤维悬浮流中纤维取向概率分布情况的Fokker-Planck方程进行了数值求解,以二阶张量分量来表示纤维在空间不同方位的取向分布,预测了不同形状注射型腔:规则的中心入口圆盘、长方体模腔、以及复杂的哑铃状模腔内纤维取向分布情况,克服采用封闭近似处理高阶张量时给计算结果精度带来的误差。 The Fokker-Planck equation,which represented the fiber orientation probability distribution in fiber suspension was solved by Finite Volume Method, and the 2th-order tensor was used to quantitatively describe the fiber orientation distribution in three dimensional flow field. Finally the fiber orientation distribution in different shape injection mould cavities: center inlet disk,cuboid cavity and dumbbell cavity were predicted. And computational errors from the closure approximation could be avoided.
