摘要
提高电力系统输电断面的输电能力是电网技术改造中经常遇到的问题。选用晶闸管控制的移相器提高输电断面的传输能力,建立了考虑多运行方式下计及输电断面N-1静态安全约束的最优潮流模型并可以用此算法确定移相器的最优安装台数和位置。选用非线性原始一对偶内点法对所建立的非线性优化问题进行求解,在求解中利用矩阵分块技术大幅度降低了修正方程的维数,提高了求解效率。以IEEE 14节点系统为例对所提出的算法进行了测试,结果表明所建立的数学模型及求解方法的正确性。
There is a recurrent problem of how to improve the transfer capability of transmission section in the engineering of rebuilding power grids.This paper focuses on determining the optimal installation sites and number of thyristor-controlled phase shifter for this purpose.The optimal power flow model is formulated under multiple operating conditions with N-1 sets of steady state security constraints.The algorithm of primal-dual interior point and partitioned matrix technology is used to solve the nonlinear planning problem proposed in this paper and it significantly makes the order of correction equation be deduced to improve computation efficiency.Case studies on IEEE 14-bus system demonstrated that the model and algorithm is effective and valid.
