摘要
目的:制备钩藤碱脂质体并考察其体外释放度。方法:采用HPLC测定脂质体中钩藤碱的含量,并进一步考察其在体外的释放度。结果:4h内钩藤碱脂质体中药物累积释放量为30%左右,体外释放曲线拟合优度较好的方程为Weibull方程,相关系数为R=0.9845。结论:钩藤碱脂质体中药物释放具有明显的缓释效果。
Objective： To prepare Rhynchophylline liposomes and inspect the drug release of Rhynchophylline liposomes in vitro. Methods： HPLC was used for determining the content of Rhynchophylline in liposomes, and further investigating its in vitro release. Results： The drug release of RhynchophyUine liposomes would be about 30% after 4h later, the release kinetics in vitro obeyed with Weibull distribution function, R=0.9845. Conclusion： The release experiments in vitro showed that Rhynchophylline liposomes had obvious sustained-release effects.
