摘要
目的:探讨高尿酸血症大鼠的证候学特征及菊苣提取物对证候特征的影响。方法:用高果糖饮食诱导大鼠高尿酸血症模型,采集大鼠舌象、动物行为学及粪尿代谢等指标,分析模型的证候学特征;用菊苣"以药测证",观察菊苣对大鼠高尿酸血症模型证候特征的影响。结果:实验第21天,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清尿酸水平显著性升高(P<0.01),且大鼠舌质淡白、自主活动减弱、粪便稀软、尿液量减少;与模型组比较,苯溴马隆组和菊苣大剂量组大鼠血清尿酸水平显著性降低(P<0.05),且菊苣大剂量组大鼠舌质较红润,自主活动明显增强,尿液量有增加趋势。结论:高果糖饮食诱发的高尿酸血症大鼠模型的证候学特征和中医"脾虚痰湿"的表征相似;菊苣对高尿酸血症大鼠模型的证候特征有很好的改善作用。
Objective: To explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics of rat model with hyperuricemia, and the effects of chicory extract on the syndrome characteristics. Methods: Hyperuricemia model rat was induced by high fructose diet. Four diagnostic methods of TCM were performed to analyze the syndrome characteristics of model rats by tongue picture acquisition system, open field test and metabolic cage method. Effects of chicory extract were detected by the same method. Results: At the 21th day, serum uric acid (UA) level of the model group increased obviously than that of the normal control group (P〈0.01); pale tongues, decreased autonomic activities, loose stool, less urine volume were also detected in model group. At the 21th day, the serum UA level of the chicory extract high dose treated groups and benzbromarone group decreased obviously than that of model group (P〈0.05); tongue image, autonomic activities and stool were reversed with chicory extract and benzbromarone treatment. Conclusions: The syndrome characteristics of hyperuricemia rats model induce by high fructose diet is similar to syndrome of spleen-deficiency and phlegm-dampness in TCM. Chicory extracts can reverse the feature in hyperuricemia rats which are similar to syndrome of spleen-deficiency and phlegm-dampness.
