摘要
本论文论述乒乓球技术、战术和意识之间的关系。认为对运动员进行乒乓球技术训练的同时,应当有计划、有目的地进行乒乓球战术意识的培养和训练,并将两者融入和贯穿整个乒乓球练习中去,使战术意识培养与技术训练密切结合,有效地相互促进发展。
This paper describes the relationship between the skills,tactics and consciousness of table tennis.It considers that we should plan to train and cultivate consciousness purposefully at the time of skills and tactics,training,make it run through on in the course of training,make consciousness training accord with closely the skills and tactics,training,and develop effectively and harmoniously.
