摘要
文章采用文本挖掘与网络问卷调查相结合的方法,对情报职业胜任力模型进行构建及验证。情报职业胜任力模型包含7个维度和29个胜任力要素。通过方差分析验证了情报职业胜任力的个体变量差异和组织差异会对情报职业胜任力模型的某些维度的显著影响。
This paper uses the method of combining text mining with online questionnaire to construct and verify the intelli- gence career competence model. The intelligence career competence model includes 7 dimensions and 29 competence ele- ments. Through variance analysis, the paper proves that the individual variable differences and the organizational differences in in- teUigence career competence have a significant influence on some dimensions of the inteUigence career competence model.
