摘要
从哲学的维度理解自我管理及如何合理把握自我认识、自我设计、自我学习、自我控制等环节,其价值指向在于实现医学生对自身的探索追求,对自我和他人的良性互动以及对团队的归属认同。并结合医学专业特点,提出实现自我管理的具体方式。
It is necessary to understand self-management and its aspects including self- knowledge, self-design, self-learning and self-control from the philosophical perspective. The value orientation involves realizing medical students exploration and pursuit of themselves, positive interaction between themselves and others, and sense of belonging and identification of the team. By relating to the characteristics of medicine, the paper proposes specific ways of self-management.
