摘要
以芜湖市第二人民医院为例,阐述医院文化建设具有历史继承性、时代开放性、自觉适应性等特点,进一步为引入PDCA循环理论提供理论基础。认为芜湖市第二人民医院在医院文化建设过程中运用PDCA理论取得了显著效果,PDCA理论在医院文化建设中具有重要现实意义。
By taking Wuhu Municipal Second People＇s Hospital as the example, hospital cultural construction was stated with the features of historical inheritance, the openness, self adaptability and others, which provided theo- retical foundation for the introduction of PDCA cycle theory. Wuhu Municipal Second People＇s Hospital had achieved remarkable results in hospital cultural construction by using PDCA cycle theory, which was meaningful to hospital cultural construction.
