摘要 沈阳地铁丽水新城一期为保障性住房项目,施工中采用装配式技术、产业化的生产方式,取得了节能、节材、节省施工用水、保护现场环境、提高施工精度和劳动效率等效果,证明采用装配式技术是一种全新的绿色施工方法,有良好的发展前景。 Shenyang Metro Lishui New Town Phase I is an indemnificatory housing project, whose construction adopts assembly technique and industrilized production mode. The construction realizes energy conservation, material and water saving, on-site environmental protection, construction precision improvement and working efficiency, etc. It is proved that assembly technique is a brand-new green construction method, having favorable development outlook.
