摘要 为高效开展甜玉米单倍体诱导,以16个不同类型甜玉米材料为母本,7个玉米孤雌生殖诱导系及其所配制的18个诱导系组合为父本,研究诱导系、母本材料、母本花丝长度及环境对单倍体诱导率的影响;同时,通过研究诱导率杂种优势及正反交效应,探讨利用诱导系组合进行甜玉米单倍体诱导的可行性.结果表明,诱导系单倍体诱导能力存在较大差异,变幅0.44%~2.56%;母本材料、母本花丝长度及环境对单倍体诱导率存在不同程度影响,母本材料被诱导率变幅0%~4.75%,母本长花丝时诱导诱导率较高,高温高湿不利于单倍体诱导.所有组合杂种优势指数均为正值,变幅28% ~719.15%,16个组合具有正向中亲优势,变幅-72%~619.15%,14个组合具有超亲优势,变幅-80.86%~589.8%;诱导率存在显著正反交效应,其中6对组合为母本诱导率高,对应组合诱导率也高;筛选出诱导率高、综合农艺性状优良的组合“YS1 ×YE24”用于甜玉米单倍体诱导.综合来看,诱导系、母本基因型、授粉时母本花丝长度及田间环境均影响单倍体诱导率,诱导率存在较强杂种优势和正反交效应,合理选配亲本,可组配出优良的诱导系组合. In order to effectively carry out sweet corn haploid induction,16 different types of sweet corn material as the female parents,7 corn parthenogenesis inducers and 18 combinations between 7 inducers as the male parents were used to study on the influence to haploid induction ratio of inducers,female genotype,female silk length when pollination and environment,and at the same time,on the investigation of feasibility that induced sweet corn haploids by combinations between inducers through research on the heterosis and reciprocal cross effect of haploid induction ratio.The results showed that the haploid induction ability difference of the inducers was notable,ranged from 0.44% to 2.56%; Female genotype,female silk length when pollination and environment affected the haploid induction ratio,the induced rate of female materials ranged from 0% to 4.75%,the haploid induction rate was high if female had long silks when pollinated,and high temperature and high humidity was harmful for sweet corn haploid induction.Heterosis index was positive for all combinations between inducers,ranged from 28% to 719.15%,16 combinations between inducers had positive mid-parent heterosis,ranged from-72%-619.15%,14 combinations had positive over-parent heterosis,ranged from-80.86%-589.8%;In the same time,haploid induction rate had significant reciprocal cross effect,in the middle of 9 couple combinations,6 couple combinations had high haploid induction ratio when female had high haploid induction ratio;and "YS1×YE24" was selected out and was used to induce sweet corn haploids.In a word,inducers,female genotype,female silk length when pollination and environment affected the haploid induction ratio,the haploid induction ratio had significant heterosis and reciprocal cross effect,excellent combinations between inducers can be obtained through reasonably select and mate inducers.
