摘要
为生产航空座毯用阻燃腈纶纱,选用了适用性较好的2.2 dtex×51mm阻燃腈纶原料,针对中长型腈纶原料特点,在各工序通过调整工艺参数配置并采取相关技术措施,较好地解决了腈纶纤维蓬松、生产中易黏卷、堵圈条斜管、静电缠绕等问题,同时也较好地解决了中长型腈纶纤维开松、梳理及牵伸工艺的合理配置问题,最终成功纺制出19.2 tex中长纤维阻燃腈纶纱,较好地满足了航空座毯用纱的质量要求。
To produce flame retardant acrylic yarn used in air seat blanket, flame retardant acrylic of 2.2 dtex × 51 mm was selected. According to the property of flame retardant acrylic, processing parameter configuration in each process was adjusted and related technology measures were adopted, a series of problems can be solved including fiber fluffy,lap sticky, can coiler congested, electrostatic winding ea al. At the same time rational configuration including flame retardant acrylic opening, carding and draft processing can be solved better. Finally 19.2 tex flame retardant acrylic yarn can be spun successfully, quality demand of air seat blanket yarn can be reached well.
