摘要
目的分析甘肃省2009-2012年吸毒人群行为学和血清学监测结果,通过某些指标变化情况评估艾滋病综合防治的效果,为制定吸毒人群艾滋病综合防治措施提供参考依据。方法采用SPSS 13.0软件对甘肃省2009-2012年连续4年的艾滋病哨点监测数据进行统计,分析吸毒人群共用针具影响因素和其他指标变化情况。结果甘肃省吸毒人群艾滋病知晓率从2009年的76.3%上升到2012年的85.9%;最近1个月商业性行为安全套坚持使用率从2009年的39.0%上升到2012年的53.6%;最近1个月注射吸毒针具共用率由2009年的91.7%下降到2012年的49.3%;接受过安全套发放的比例由2009年的55.0%上升到2012年的65.1%;多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,少数民族、低文化程度及未接受过干预的吸毒者更倾向于共针吸毒。结论甘肃省在吸毒人群中开展的艾滋病综合防治工作起到了一定的效果,仍需要对低文化程度、少数民族及强制戒毒所内的吸毒者进行健康教育和行为干预。
Objective To analyze the AIDS surveillance data collected from drug users in Gansu province of China from 2009 to 2012 and evaluate the effects of multiple preventive measures. Methods Continuous AIDS surveillance data among drug users were collected from 2009 to 2012 and analyzed using SPSS 13.0 soft ware. Results The awareness rate to AIDS-related knowledge improved from 76.3% to 85.9% from 2009 to 2012. Consistent condom use during sexual intercourse in the most recent months increased from 39.0% in 2009 to 53.6% in 2012. Needle sharing among drug users in the most recent months decreased from 91.7G in 2009 to 49.3% in 2012. The rate of receiving free distributed condoms increased from 55.0% to 65.1% during the 3 year period. Logistic regression analysis showed that drug users of minority population, low education level, lack of behavior intervention were more liable to sharing needles for drug intake. Conclusions The mul- tiple HIV/AIDS prevention programs for drug users is effective in Gansu province of China. However, health education and behavior intervention should be further strengthened in the population of drug users of minority population and people with low education levels in compulsory rehabilitation centers.
