血管内皮生长因子的表达与微血管记数在贲门癌中的意义

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在贲门癌中的表达及其与临床特征之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组化法检测 6 4例贲门癌组织中VEGF的表达 ,并对血管进行八因子相关抗原的免疫组化染色计数。结果  6 4例贲门癌组织中 ,VEGF阳性表达率为 6 2 5 % (40 / 6 4)。高水平的VEGF表达与肿瘤的浸润性生长、浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和其它器官转移具有明显的相关关系。VEGF表达阳性肿瘤的MVC明显高于阴性者 (P <0 0 5 )。而且随着VEGF表达强度的增强 ,癌组织内血管密度明显增加。结论 VEGF与贲门癌的生长、浸润和淋巴结转移密切相关 ,是贲门癌主要的新生血管诱导因子之一 ,可促进贲门癌的血管生成 ,对贲门癌组织中VEGF的检测将可能成为贲门癌预后的一个有用指标 。 Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in cardiac cancers and its relation with the clinicopathologic features Methods: The expression of VEGF by immunohistochemical staining was examined in 64 cases of the cardiac cancers Microvessel density(MVD) in the cases was determined by FactorⅧ immunohistochemical staining Results: Forty(62 5%) cases of the 64 cardiac carcinoma specimens were positive for VEGF High VEGF expression was siginificantly related with the infiltrative growth pattern, serosal invasion, lymph node and other organs metastasis A close correlation was present between microvessel density and VEGF positive(P<0 05) The average MVD was higher in the cases with the positive expression of VEGF than that in those with the negative expression of VEGF(P<0 05) Conclusions: VEGF is positively correlated with the occurrence, progression and lymphatic invasion of cardiac carcinomas, and is one of the primary angiogenic factors for cardiac carcinoma It can induce tumor angiogenesis and accelerate tumor growth Quantification of VEGF may provide a valuable marker for a poor prognosis of patients
