摘要
为了提高双金属复合管封口部位焊接自动化程度,提高焊接效率,保证焊接质量,采用全自动气体保护焊接技术对该部位进行了焊接试验。通过试验分析以及对焊缝的检测,确立了一套适用的焊接工艺,确保实现双金属复合管封口部位的全自动焊接。
In order to improve the double metal composite pipe sealing parts welding automation,improve the efficiency of welding,welding quality,using automatic gas protection welding technology welding experiments were carried out on the site.Through experimental analysis,detection and the effect of welding seam,established a set of suitable welding process,to ensure the realization of double metal composite pipe sealing parts of the automatic welding.
