摘要
目的观察地黄和胃口服液治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床疗效。方法将90例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者采用区段随机化分为2组,2组均予一般治疗,在此基础上治疗组45例予地黄和胃口服液治疗。观察临床症状、尿酮体、血糖、PH值恢复正常天数及治疗天数等指标变化。结果治疗组症状、尿酮体、血糖及PH值指标均有显著改善,缩短住院病程,2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义。结论地黄和胃口服液治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effects of yellow and stomach oral clinical efficacy of treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods The 90 cases of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis section randomized into two groups,two groups herein are generally treated on the basis of the treatment group 45 cases I Huang and stomach oral therapy. Observation of clinical symptoms,ketone bodies,blood glucose,PH value and treatment to restore the normal number of days and number of days were observed. Results Treatment group of symptoms,ketone bodies,glucose,and PH value indicators have improved significantly shorten the duration of hospitalization,two groups after treatment differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huang and stomach oral treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis significant effect.
