摘要
发展县域经济是全面建设小康社会的重要战略举措。水利作为县域经济发展的重要组成部分,应被摆在优先发展的重要位置。做好水利工作,科学合理开发水资源,实现水资源的可持续利用,直接关系到县域经济的可持续发展。本文对水资源的可持续开发和合理利用进行了探讨,对县域经济中水资源开发保护与管理进行了分析。
Developing county economy is an important strategy for building a well-off society in an all-around way.Water conservancy,as an important part of the development of county economy,should be put in the important position of priority development.A well-done job of water conservancy,scientific and reasonable water resources development and realization of the sustainable utilization of water resources are directly related to the sustainable development of county economy.This paper discusses the sustainable development and rational utilization of water resources,and analyzes water resources development,protection and management in county economy.
