摘要
随着社会的进步,科学技术的不断发展,电视新闻的编辑方式也产生了巨大变化。从曾经的单机非编到现在的网络非编,经过多年的探索和实践,电视台已经有能力且需要构建一个电视新闻的非编网络系统来迎合社会的发展和需求。在此就如何设计非编网络系统以及如何构建工作流程进行了一番研究,阐述了研究的背景、原则、目标以及非编网络系统的主体部分还有设计要点以及工作流程等内容。
With the progress of society, and continuous development of science and technology, a tremendous change of TV news editing mode occurred from single NLE to network NLE. After years of exploration and practice, television stations have the ability and the need to build a NLE network system for TV news to cater the social development and demands. A lot of research for how to design a NLE network system and how to construct a workflow was conducted. The background, criterion, target of research, main part of NLE network system, key design points and working flow are elaborated.
