摘要
环境影响识别作为航运规划环境影响评价的主要环节之一,其识别质量直接影响到整个环境评价工作的科学性及有效性。以湖北省航运发展规划为例,根据矩阵法进行环境影响识别。为航运规划环境影响评价中的环境影响识别提供技术思路。
Environmental impact identification is one of the main steps of shipping development planning. The quality of the identification directly affects the result of environmental impact assessment. This paper introduce the technical scheme for identifying environmental impact of Hubei shipping development plan by means of matrix data analysis chart. The method may be used for similar projects.
