摘要
依据双进双出磨煤机的特点,结合煤粉爆燃理论,对其燃用褐煤时可能爆炸的原理及其影响因素进行了分析,提出了防止制粉系统爆炸的具体措施,有效降低了爆炸发生的几率,提高了运行的安全性。
According to the characteristics of double inlet and double outlet coal mill,combining with pulverized coal deflagration theory,the principle of explosion of pulverized coal,which probably occurs in a double inlet and double outlet coal mill when pulverizing lignite,and the factors influencing on the explosion accident were analyzed.The concrete measures for preventing explosion of coal pulverizing system were put forward. The probability of explosion accident was decreased effectively, and the safety of the operation was improved.
