亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂的优化探讨 被引量:2

摘要 对亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂含量时萃取液初滤液弃去量进行了探讨。经试验,应弃去前二杯10 mm比色皿所接的滤液,将第三杯滤液用于比色,其结果准确可靠。另外,对不同部门生产的标准溶液进行了比对,结果发现,采用国家环保部生产的标准样品进行量值溯源、考核、比对或仪器校正等也均应采用其相同标准溶液配制系列所做的曲线方程进行结果计算。 The discarded quantity of primary filtrate was discussed, which produced in extract process when detecting the content of anionic surface active agent in water. It found that the first two cups of the filtrate in 10 mm cuvette should be discarded, the third cup of the filter should be used, and the results were accuracy and reliability. The standard solution produced by different departments was compared, and the conclusion is that the same standard sample should be used for make calibration, quantity traceability, examination, comparison and instruments adjustment, etc., and the standard sample is produced by the state environmental protection department in this article.
