陕西王峰煤矿高性能混凝土的配制

摘要 陕西陕煤韩城矿业有限公司投建的王峰矿井采用普通钻井法,混凝土设计强度等级为C40—C50,受当地原材料的限制,选用细度模数M x=1.5的特细砂配制混凝土。根据其施工要求以及水文地质情况,进行了外加剂与原材料适应性试配工作的研究。掺入JQ-HPC60井筒专用高性能混凝土外加剂,通过调整、优化配合比,确定井筒用高性能混凝土的C40—C50应用配合比,满足设计强度等技术指标,解决了细骨料不符合标准时高性能混凝土的配制问题。 The conventional drilling method was used in Wangfeng Coal Mine of Shaanxi Hancheng Mining Co. , Ltd. , and the designed strength grades of concrete are C40--C50. Because of the limitation of raw materials in local region,super fine sand with fineness modulus M = 1.5 was chosen. According to the construction requirements and hydrogeologieal conditions,the test adaptability of admixture and raw materials was studied. Through incorporation of JQ-HPC60 shaft special high performance concrete admixture and the adjustment and opti- mization of mixture ratio, the preparation of high performance concrete using fine aggregate was determined, which can meet the standard of all working performance and designed strength, and solve the preparation problems of high performance concrete when fine aggregate is not standard.
