摘要
目的 :建立阴茎微循环检测方法、观测指标 ,探讨阴茎微循环特点及其临床应用价值。方法 :利用微循环技术 ,建立阴茎头微循环检测方法及观测指标 ,并对 17例血管性阳痿患者以及 17例健康志愿者的阴茎头微循环进行了观测。结果 :单位面积的微血管数目及微血管形态能反映阴茎头微循环的变化 ;血管性阳痿患者阴茎头微血管密度 ( 2 7.1± 5 .2对 47.8± 6 .2 ,P<0 .0 1)和异常微血管百分率 ( 3 2 .1± 3 .4对 12 .8± 1.3 ,P<0 .0 1)与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论 :阴茎头微循环障碍与血管性阳痿患者的器质性改变有关 ,其临床意义有待深入研究 ,阴茎头微循环检测可用于血管性阳痿的辅助诊断。
Objective: To study the characters and clinical utility of penile microcirculation in patients with vascular impotence, and build a method to observe the indexes of microcirculation. Methods: Employing the technique of microcirculation to build the method of microcirculation, and observe the indexes of penile microcirculation. Compared the indexes of penile microcirculation between 17 cases of patients with vascular impotence and 17 case of health donors. Results: The indexes of penile microcirculation included microvessel density and form of microvessel. Both microvessel density( 27.1 ± 5.2 vs. 47.8 ± 6.2 , P < 0.01 ) and microvessel deformity rate( 32.1 ± 3.4 vs. 12.8 ± 1.3 , P < 0.01 ) were significant different in patients with vascular impotence and control subjects. Conclusion: The Changes of penile microcirculation are related to the changes of organic in patients with vascular impotence, but the clinical utility of this changes from orgainc needs future study. Penile microcirculation may be used as an index for vascular impotence.
