摘要
为了解决某钢厂不锈钢板坯连铸外弧周期性压痕缺陷,通过对铸坯压痕取样和产生的原因分析,得出切割瘤粘结辊道表面后压入铸坯外弧形成压痕的观点,提出在切割辊下放增设辊面清理装置的改善措施,经过改造应用,不锈钢铸坯外弧周期性压痕彻底得到消除,提高了铸坯表面质量,可为解决此类问题提供参考。
In order to solve the outer arc indentation on stainless steel slab in some steel factory,the sample of indentation was researched and the several mechanism and reasons were analyzed. The most possible factor was concluded that the cutting tumor stick rollers and the indentation would be formed after the slab went through.And the improvement measure was put forward that the cleaner was suggested to install to clear the cutting tumor on the surface of rollers. It was proved that this kind periodic indentation has been eliminated thoroughly. And the quality of slab has been improved,which will provide reference for other caster to solve such problem.
