摘要
从实证角度研究了跨文化胜任力对中国外派人员工作满意度的影响。构建了包括跨文化认知能力、跨文化整合能力、跨文化再塑造能力、归国适应能力4个要素的跨文化胜任能力概念模型,通过对跨国企业的中国外派人员进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型展开实证研究。研究结果显示,跨文化认知能力和跨文化整合能力对工作条件、领导、责任感的满意度有显著影响,跨文化再塑造能力对工作条件、领导、责任感、外在奖励的满意度均有显著影响。
Construct intercultural competence conceptual model of four elements, including cross-cultural cognitive ability, the ability to integrate cross-cultural, cross-cultural re-shaping capabilities, ability to adapt to the former environment. Conduct an empirical study by conducting a questionnaire survey of muhinational Chinese expatriates. The results show: A has a significant influence on the B, C and D have a significant impaet on the E, F and G to H were significantly affected.
