轧辊用高钼高速钢、高钨高速钢的滚滑动磨损性能及失效行为研究

Study on Wear Performance and Failure Behavior of High Molybdenum High Speed Steel and High Tungsten High Speed Steel for Roller Under Rolling/Sliding Condition

摘要 在高应力滚滑动(滑动率约10%)条件下,利用自制的磨损试验机研究了高钼高速钢、高钨高速钢的磨损性能,并利用电子显微镜分析了失效行为。研究表明:高钨高速钢的相对耐磨性是高钼高速钢的1.01倍,基本相当。高钨高速钢和高钼高速钢的失效形式主要为显微切削和疲劳剥落的综合。磨损的过程中,磨面发生了诱发马氏体相变。层片状M2C型碳化物较骨骼状M6C型碳化物更易发生弯曲、碎裂。 Under high stress rolling/sliding condition (sliding ratio of about 10%), wear performance and failure behavior of high molybdenum high speed steel and high tungsten high speed steel were studied by using of self-made wear testing machine. The results show that the wear resistance of high tungsten high speed steel is 1.01 times as high molybdenum high speed steel, basically equivalent The failure forms of high tungsten high speed steel and high molybdenum high speed steel mainly was micro-cutting and fatigue spalling. In the process of grinding surface wear has induced martensite transformation. The lamellar of M2C type carbide was easier to bend, fragmentation than the skeletal of M6C type carbide.
