摘要
为了解决可取式卡瓦封隔器存在的锚定和解卡不可靠问题,通过改进、优化封隔器锚定机构和解卡机构,研制了JDY441可取式卡瓦封隔器。该封隔器由防撞部分、坐封部分、锁紧部分、密封部分、锚定部分及解封部分组成,采用多级液压缸坐封、双向卡瓦锚定,封隔器密封、锚定安全可靠。室内试验和现场应用结果表明,封隔器的工作压力达到35 MPa,工作温度为135℃,解封力为96 kN。
To deal with the unreliable anchoring and releasing of retrievable slip-type packer, the JDY441 retrievable slip-type packer was developed through improvement and optimization of anehoring mechanism, releasing mechanism and slip material. The packer consists of anticullision part, setting part, locking part, sealing part, an- choring part and releasing part. It adopts muhilevel hydraulic cylinder setting and two-way slip anchoring. Its sealing and anchoring as safe and reliable. The laboratory experiment and field applieation show that the operating pressure of the paeker reaches 35 MPa, the operating temperature is 135 ℃ and the releasing force is 96 kN.
