子宫切口憩室合并子宫不全纵隔病案分析及文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 我们采用宫腹腔镜手术及术后人工周期成功地治疗了一例子宫切口憩室合并子宫不全纵隔的患者,患者症状于术后完全缓解。目前诊断子宫切口憩室的主要方式包括子宫输卵管造影(HSG)、磁共振成像(MRI)、超声诊断、宫腔镜等,主要的治疗方式有保守治疗和手术治疗两种,手术是目前较为有效的方法。对于剖宫产后尤其多次剖宫产后阴道不规则出血的患者,要考虑切口憩室的可能性,阴道三维彩超对其确诊率高,宫腹腔镜联合手术疗效显著。
