摘要 目的探讨在导尿术实践教学中应用医学史知识的效果。方法在导尿术实践教学的8个学时中,利用1.5个学时讲授导尿术的历史和导尿工具的演进,并组织学生讨论。结果学生到课率提高,学习兴趣浓厚,在操作时能够提出问题并试图寻找解决方法。导尿术理论成绩提高(P<0.01)。结论在导尿术实践教学中引入医学史知识,有助于提高学生学习兴趣和培养评判性思维,帮助学生掌握相关理论知识。 Objective To investigate the methods and effects of integrating medical history into catheterization practice teaching. Methods In 8 hours of catheterization practice teaching, 1.5 hours were used to introduce the histories and tools of urinary catheterization,and organize students to discuss. Results Students showed high interest in catheterization practice and the attendance rate was improved. In classes students were able to raise questions about catheterization and try to find solutions. The score of catheterization knowledge was significantly higher than before(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Adding medical history in catheterization practice teaching can help students to improve learning interest and critical thinking and grasp the theory of catheterization.
