摘要
针对传统故障树分析法(FTA)在对污水处理系统进行可靠性分析中存在的不足,包括:对风险度考虑不足、对数据的不完备性考虑不足、对可维修系统或有待机储备系统考虑不足等,提出了改进的FAT方法。该方法通过建立潜在故障影响因素的发生频度等级(Q)评分指标、潜在故障因素的影响程度(W)评分指标和潜在故障因素的监控措施状态值(C)评分指标,计算得到潜在故障影响因素的风险重要度If。通过对风险重要度If进行排序,可以确定整个污水处理的薄弱环节及改进优先度,利于采取相应的措施来提高系统的可靠性。改进后的FTA方法可以得到明确等级,便于实际应用。
Traditional fault tree analyses have some deficiencies including insufficient consideration of the risk degree incomplete operating data and the effects of repairable or standby systems. A fault tree analysis (FTA) is presented in this paper for reliability analyses of sewage treatment systems. The analysis method is based on the frequency class of potential system failures (Q), the potential failure factors (W) and the state values of the system controls (C). The importance of these risk factors, If, is calculated following Q, W and C. If sequencing is then used to identify weak points to improve sewage treatment system reliability. If gives a score, so the modified fault tree analysis can be more easily used in reliability analyses of sewage treatment systems.
