摘要
目的:了解包头市社区卫生技术人员岗位培训的意愿,并对其需求状况及影响因素进行分析。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,对包头市40所社区卫生服务机构的技术人员进行匿名问卷调查,调查内容为培训需求意愿及其影响因素。结果:目前包头市社区卫生技术人员的职称、学历都较低,培训需求意愿较高;影响培训需求意愿的主要因素是年龄、学历、工作类型等。结论:包头市社区卫生技术人员培训需求意愿较强,建议有针对性地设计培训方案。
Objective：To investigate the training demand willing of the community health technical professionals in Baotou,to analyse their demands and influence factors. Methods：Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted by cluster random sampling in 40 community health services.The survey contents were training demand willing and influence factors.Results：Community health technical professionals now had lower edu- cation background and professional titles in Baotou.Age,education background,type of work were the influencing factors of training demand willing.Conclusion：The training de- mand willing among community health tech- nical professionals in Baotou is stronger,it is suggested that a targeted training plan should be built.
