摘要
我国是一个统一的多民族国家,为了实现祖国更好地统一与团结,要重视对少数民族地区教育问题的解决。对教育问题的解决,首先要从基础教育开始,而基础教育中,中小学班主任则成为了至关重要的一个环节。所以,对少数民族地区中小学班主任培训工作至关重要。
China is a unified multi-ethnic country, in order to achieve unity of the motherland, should strengthen the education of ethnic minority areas. To solve the problems of education, should start from the basic education, and in basic education, primary and secondary school teacher has become a vital link. Therefore, primary and secondary teacher training in ethnic minority areas is crucial.
