摘要
对 34份患临床型乳腺炎的乳样进行细菌分离培养及初步生化反应鉴定 ,检出肠科细菌 12株 ,检出率为 35 .3% ;球菌2 6株 ,检出率为 76 .5 % ;酵母菌 9株 ,检出率为 2 6 .5 % ;另有 7份乳样在分离培养过程中未见有细菌生长 ,占总检样的 2 0 .6 %。
bacterial strains,26 coccusci and 9 yeast bacterial were identified through the culture in vitro and biochemical reaction of 34 milk samples with mastitis,which identified ratio was 35.3%,76.5%and 26.5% respectiely.The bacterial growth could not be idetifed in 7 samples,which accounted to 20.6% of total samples.
