摘要
通过比较基因bank中番鸭细小病毒 (MDPV)和鹅细小病毒 (GPV)的全基因序列 ,针对两种病毒非结构蛋白基因序列的相同区段 ,分别设计了两对PCR引物LHMP1/LHMP2和LHGP1/LHGP2 ,用这两对引物分别对MDPV和GPV进行检测 ,其结果引物LHMP1/LHMP2只特异性地扩增MDPV ,而引物LHGP1/LHGP2也只特异性地扩增GPV ,并且两对引物均扩增出约 72 0bp的长度序列。
By comparing complete nucleotide sequences of Muscovy duck and Goose parvoviruses registered in the gene bank,two pairs of primers(LHMP1/LHGP2和LHGP1/LHGP2)were designed respectively corresponding to the same region of non_structural protein gene of the two viruses.MDPV and GPV were detected by using these two primers.The first primer could only specifically amplify DNA of MDPV which were isolated from different areas;and the second primer also could only amplify that of GPV.However,an 720_bp band all amplified in both cases.
