摘要
目的 :探讨经皮自体骨髓注射移植治疗四肢骨折不愈合的疗效。方法 :于骨折不愈合部位注入自髂骨抽取的骨髓。结果 :经注射 1～ 3次 ,历时 4～ 9个月 ,平均 6个月达到骨性愈合。结论 :经皮自体骨髓注射移植治疗四肢骨折不愈合简单有效。
Objective:To explore the effectof percutaneous injection of autologous bone marrow to treat the limb fracture nonunion.Methods:Bone marrow from iliac bone is injected into the position of fracture nonunion.Results:All of the patients had bone union after1 to3injections for4to9months(mean 6months) .Conclusion:Percutaneous injection of autologous bone marrow appears to be an effective treatmentfor limb nonunion.
