摘要
企业学院是指由高职院校与企业联合成立并以企业名称冠名的学院,主要有冠名型、松散型、紧密型三种类型。高职院校举办企业学院固然有利于落实、推进"四个合作",但目前仍面临综合效益、运转机制、制度设计、文化认同等方面的问题。实现由资源共享向利益共享、由单一效益向综合效益、由体制融合向文化跨越、由机制探索向制度创新等四个转变,能够提高校企双方"一体化"程度,从而实现企业学院的可持续发展。
Vocational colleges are curious about achieving industrial names with their either close or optional cooperations.However,the traits are accompanied with problems of comprehensive benefits,operational mechanisms,institutions,and cultural identity.The writer of this paper argues for an integration of the vocational colleges and businesses for the sake of a sustainable development.
