高负压封闭引流技术治疗脊柱内固定术后感染的临床效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨高负压封闭引流治疗脊柱内固定术后感染的临床效果.方法 选取本院2011年8月~2013年6月采用脊柱内固定术后出现感染的患者54例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各27例,观察组患者采用高负压封闭引流治疗,对照组患者采用置管冲洗治疗,比较两组患者换药次数、内固定取出率、创面愈合时间.结果 观察组患者换药次数为(2.65±1.21)次,明显少于对照组的(7.26±3.34)次(P<0.05);观察组患者内固定取出率为18.5%,明显低于对照组的100% (P<0.05);观察组患者与对照组患者创面愈合时间分别为(20.69±5.81)、(39.07±11.92)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 高负压封闭引流治疗脊柱内固定术后感染效果显著,能够有效控制感染,促进患者康复. Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of high vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of spinal infection after internal fixation. Methods 54 cases of patients with spinal infection after internal fixation in our hospital from August 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 27 cases,the observation group were given high vacuum sealing drainage treatment,the control group were given catheter irrigation treatment,the bandage times,internal fixation removal rate,wound healing time of two groups were compared. Results In observation group,the frequency of dressing was (2.65±1.21) times,significantly less than the control group (7.26±3.34) times (P〈0.05);internal fixation removal rate was 18.5%,significantly lower than control group (100%)(P〈0.05);the wound healing time of observation group and the control group was (20.69±5.81)d,(39.07±11.92)d respectively,the difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of high vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of postoperative infection after spinal intemal fixation is significant,can effectively control infection,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
