摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对经尿道前列腺电切手术患者的实际应用效果。方法选取行TURP的患者190例作为研究资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组常规护理,观察组舒适护理,比较疗效。结果两组患者膀胱痉挛、疼痛和满意度的差异比较,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论舒适护理理念对TURP患者的治疗具有较好的作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the actual effect of the comfort care on patients with TURP. Methods 190 pa- tients who underwent TURP were chosen as the experimental subjects, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given comfort nursing, and the curative effects were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of bladder spasm, pain and satisfaction, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Comfort nursing has better effect on TURP patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
