摘要
目的 :评价中药十复生胶囊对吗啡依赖性猴的脱毒治疗作用。方法 :采用吗啡依赖性猴自然戒断治疗模型 ,评价十复生胶囊对吗啡依赖性猴戒断症状的抑制作用 ,并与可乐定进行比较。结果 :在吗啡依赖性猴自然戒断治疗模型上 ,十复生胶囊 2个剂量组 (0 .5 ,0 .2 g/kg)的戒断症状分值明显低于NS组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与可乐定的疗效相当 ;在控制体重下降方面 ,以 0 .5 g/kg组最好 ,与NS组比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且 2个剂量组的作用都优于可乐定 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :十复生胶囊对吗啡依赖性猴的戒断症状的脱毒治疗效果肯定 ,其作用与可乐定相当 。
Objective:Shifusheng capsule is a traditional Chinese medical product.Its detoxification effect on monkey with morphine withdrawal symptom was evaluated.Methods:The detoxification effect of Shifusheng capsule was evaluated in morphine dependent monkeys and clonidine was used as control.Results:Shifusheng capsule at the dose of 0.5g/kg and 0.2g/kg can significantly reduce the withdrawal symptoms in monkeys ( P <0.05) with an effect similar to that of clonidine.In the control of weight loss,both 0.5g/kg and 0.2g/kg dose of Shifusheng capsule are superior to clonidine but the 0.5g/kg is more pronounced.Conclusion:The spontaneous withdrawal symptoms of monkey can be significantly inhibited by Shifusheng capsule with an effect similar to or even better than that of clonidine. [
