摘要
目的探讨无偿献血志愿服务队伍的管理模式与效果评估。方法选择2010年9月至2012年9月,本血站在册的献血服务志愿者93人作为研究对象。将其按2011年9月本血站实施加强中期管理的措施前后分为2组,对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=48)。由专人负责联络及管理,收集来自献血者、志愿者与从业人员反馈的问题与意见,结合无偿献血志愿服务队伍运行情况与采供血情况,分析比较无偿献血志愿服务队伍加强中期管理的措施前后,志愿服务不满意事件、志愿服务导致献血者不满意率和相关献血效果的变化情况。结果本血站加强无偿献血志愿服务队伍的中期管理后,无偿献血志愿服务队伍在服务过程中总不满意事件发生率减少,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=92.22,P〈0.01);献血效率提高,其中献血者不满意率下降,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=11.47,P〈0.01);首次献血者中献血400mL率增加,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=43.95,P〈0.01);机采血小板需要外调率下降,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=121.26,P〈O.01);无偿献血志愿服务队伍稳定性提高,有效运行人数增加,两组相比差异有统计学意义(x2=6.12,P〈O.05)。结论从实际出发,加强无偿献血志愿服务队伍的中期管理可以较好提高献血者的满意度、增加首次献血者捐献400mL的比例、提高机采血小板的招募效果,增加无偿献血志愿服务队伍稳定性,促进无偿献血志愿服务队伍招募工作的科学发展。
Objective To Explore the administration mode of blood donation service volunteers team, and assessing its effect. Methods From September 2010 to September 2012, 93 blood donation service volunteers who registered in our station were included in our investigation subject. In September 2011, our station strengthened mid-term administration on the service volunteers team. According to the data before and after the administration, all the registered volunteers were divided into control group (n~ 45) and study group (n= 48). The opinions and suggestions were collected from blood donors, volunteers and blood station employees by the people who were responsible for liaison and management. The changes of volunteer service dissatisfied event, volunteer service due to unsatisfactory rate and volunteer service related blood donation effects before and after mid-term administration implementation were analyzed. Results After the mid-term administration, the total rate of unsatisfied event occurrence decreased, which had statistic meaning (.x2= 92.22, P〈 0.01); the rate of unsatisfied blood donators decreased, which had statistic meaning (x2= 11.47,P〈0.01);the rate of first 400 mL blood donation rose, which had statistic meaning (X2= 43.95, P〈0.01);the rate of aphaeresis platelet borrow from other blood stations decreased, which had statistic meaning(x2 = 121.26, P〈0.01); the stability of the team rose, the population of the team which was able to perform effectively rose, which had statistic meaning (X2 = 6.12, P〈 0.05). Conclusions From realities, through strengthening the mid-term administration of non-remunerated blood donation service volunteers team, the satisfaction of blood donators, the first 400 mL blood donations, and the recruiting of apheresis platelet donators increase, the stability of non-remunerated blood donation service volunteers team strengthen, and non-remunerated blood donation service volunteers team scientific growing in the blood donatorsr recruits promote.
