摘要
目的应用数据手套虚拟现实技术,测量手部对掌运动中拇指腕掌关节的运动角度。方法选取15名健康成年男性的双手作为研究对象,应用WISEGLOVE数据手套获取手部对掌运动前后拇指腕掌关节的活动动态信号,应用计算机软件测量腕掌关节角度变化。结果拇指对掌运动时,腕掌关节的屈伸角度、内收外展角度、旋转角度分别为(40.8±6.9)°、(24.3±5.6)°、(38.4±7.2)°。结论基于数据手套构建运动获取分析系统,能够对手部对掌运动的腕掌关节屈伸、内收外展、旋转角度进行精确测量,为手部腕掌关节损伤的临床诊断和恢复提供明确的数据参考。
Objective To measure the motion angles of thumb carpometacarpal joint during opposition using data glove of virtual reality technology. Methods Fifteen healthy volunteers (male) were tested to obtain normative data. Motion signals of thumb carpometacarpa/joint during opposition movement were digitized using WISEGLOVE virtual reality data glove and processed by computer software to calculate the motion angles. Results During opposition, the carpometacarpal joint had motion ranges of (40.8 ± 6.9)°, (24.3 ± 5.6)°and (38.4 ± 7.2)° in flexion/extension, abduetion/adduetion and pronation/supination, respectively. Conduslon Data Glove motion analysis system could accurately measure motion angles of the carpometacarpal joint in flexion/extension, abduetion/adduetion and pronation/supination, which provided a few parameters for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of carpometaearpal joint injury.
