摘要 为了探讨界面滑移效应对钢-竹组合楼板变形的影响,进行6块组合楼板受弯性能试验。试件共分为2组,一组为冷弯薄壁型钢与竹胶板界面仅用结构胶复合,另一组则在胶粘基础上用自攻螺钉强化,对组合楼板破坏形态、承载能力、跨中变形、界面相对滑移等进行研究。分析表明:第一组试件考虑滑移效应的跨中变形计算值与实测值吻合较好,因考虑了跨中附加挠度的影响,理论计算结果与换算截面法相比,其精度大约提高5%,更符合实际情况;第二组由于自攻螺钉的强化作用,整体性能提高很多,材料进入塑形阶段,所建理论模型不符合试验情况,有待进一步研究。 In order to investigate the slip effect on the mid-span deformation of steel-bamboo composite slabs, the static load experiments of six composite slabs were carried out. The specimens were divided into 2 groups. They are compounded by structural adhesive at the interface of cold-formed thin-walled steel and bamboo plywood in one group and are strengthened by self-tapping screws in the other group. Behaviors of the tested composite slab, including failure modes, load carrying capacity, mid-span deformation and relative interface slip were studied. The analyses indicated that there is good agreement between the calculated value and experimental value of the mid-span deformation with slip effect in composite slabs in the first group. Since the additional deformation is considered, the precision of theoretical calculation is improved by about 5% , comparing with the transformed section method. The ultimate strength with self-tapping screws increased a lot in the second group, making the theory inconsistent with the test when material gets into the shaping stage. Further study is needed as theoretical model does not meet the test.
