摘要
通过对2种合成醋酸仲丁酯的2种生产工艺——正丁烯法和醇酸酯化法的对比,结合某石油企业丰富的原料资源,认为正丁烯法具有工艺技术先进、投资少、能耗低、环境污染小等优点,是目前合成醋酸仲丁酯的适宜的方法。实际生产情况表明,所得产品质量合格,可满足用户要求。
Two production process of sec-butyl acetate containing n-butene and alkyd esterification method were contrasted, combined with the rich resources of raw materials in a petroleum corporation, concluded that n-butene method had advantage such as advanced technology, less investment, low energy consumption and less environmental pollution, so it was the appropriate method for sec-butyl acetate. Practical production showed that the product quality was qualified and could meet the user′s requirements.
