摘要
一种合成噻奈普汀中间体的新方法,以4-氯-邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料,经过酯化、重氮化、缩合反应得到噻奈普汀的一个关键中间体,总摩尔收率约40%。该法反应步骤少、操作简单、成本低、易于工业化生产。
This paper introduced a new synthesis method of tianeptine intermediates. 4-chloro-2-aminobenzoic acid which was used as the starting material, through esterification, diazotization and condensation to get a key intermediate of tianeptine, the total yield was about 40%. This method had less reaction steps, simple operation, low cost, so it was easy for industrial production.
