摘要
目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院自2005年11月-2011年11月42例复发性腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力疝修术的临床资料。结果：术后发生尿潴留3例，阴囊水肿2例。随访6～24月，无1例复发。结论：应用美国Bard公司生产的网塞组合补片治疗复发性腹股沟疝复发率低、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，适合在基层医院推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the therapeutic effect of mesh - phug tension - free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia. Meth- ods：The clinical data of 42 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated with mesh -plug tension -free hernioplasty from Nov. 2005 to Nov. 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All operations were successful . In 6 to 24 months of follow - up, no recurrence was ob- served, there were 3 cases of scrotal hydrocele, 2 cases of urinary. Conclusion： Bard mesh - plug tension - free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia should be safe, simple, effective, worthy of promotion in primary hospitals.
